i have an 88 thunderbird with a efi blow through forged 331 with a built AOD and 8.8 rear and a 70mm turbo moving up to a 76mm. @ 15psi im at 648hp @ 17psi im at 687hp.all street. i bought the car for $300 and with the help of friends and great hookups with engine shops and a ****** builder. ive saved over $5,000 so im to her for just over $25,000 with all 1 of a kind pieces that no one has. shes a mover thats for sure.

tell me whats so wrong or different about a turbo on an american car? im an installer of turbo kits and i gotta tell ya there are more american muscle cars comming in for twins and single turbo setups.there more efficient than superchargers and much better than a n/a car. ive got a built v8 with a 70mm and ill take out every import in my area along with alot of muscle cars. plus the feeling and sound of a turbo TURNS ME ON BABY!!!!!!. so i say bring on the boost cause once you go turbo youll never go back!
