Why is the info from the manufacturer:

Different than everybody that sells them?

Sensitivity: 102 dB

RMS Power Range : 150 Watts

Peak Power Handling: 300 Watts

Impedance: 4 Ohm

Low Frequency response: 39 Hz

High Frequency Response: 1500 Hz

Diameter: 8 Inch

Kinda hard to pick an amp with conflicting numbers.

Program power vs RMS power?
No issues there. The amp will output depending on the speaker's impedance rating. Are you using a component x-over or is only the tweeter with x-over?
