So I have a question I have an optima yellow top in my car for starting n I was gonna buy an xp3000 for my secondary battery to run my two l7 15s along with zx2500.1 would this be a good idea or no any help would be appreciated big 3 done 1/0 sky high all the way through my car but lights dim a whole lot would it be fine to run two different batteries?

A second battery would help, but with that amount of power I think you should be looking into a high output alternator.

 
Yellow top arnt that good. In the battery tests they come in like last place lol... Look into deka agm,Duracell agm, energizer agm , Juicebox... When u start talking Xs power and north star that's $$$$$$$$$... But really as said above ^ a HO alt is needed to run 2500watts. Excessive power or Ohio gen only companies that would get my money$$
