wait, the car power wire does connect to the battery correct? or does it connect direct to the alt?

I recommend you go down to orileys, and spend $25 and get a vehicle booklet for your particular vehicle.Starter to battery,Alternator to batterybattery to main panel,Ground to engine block,and to Frame.Standard on majority of vehicles..You can google information up on your vehicle as well

Not really..More to find like 1-0/2ga in,2-4ga maybe..Ive never seen 2-1/0 before,You might just go with plain ring terminals, or like the ones I have/similar

maybe ill just go with this and then just Negative Battery Terminal and then just jam the car power wires in with one of the power wire inputs... can't beleive there isnt a product out there that tailors to 2 0 ga and 1 8 ga in.... seems very odd

I would get familiar with things under the hood before doing so, or have some one do it,so you dont injury yourself..Electrical on a vehicle is nothing to just pop open the hood and start wiring things up..you can even destroy the main computer board if not knowing whats going on,ect.Get familiar with things first,that electrical can be fatal if you arent careful

ive had some experience running power wire for my amp, rewired my car 3 times. and i've watched some big 3 tutorials on youtube.

I like the flexibility of ring terminals + they are more secure. I fit 4 ring terminals on the positive post and I could probably squeeze in a 5th one if I needed it...

doing a quick search on amazon and ebay i cant really find what im looking for, 2 1/0 gauge inputs and 1 8 gauge input for wires that run to the car power. Is this not a standard thing???

good stuff...and you want to ground the engine block to chassis AND batt to chassis use same size wire for all pos & neg upgrades.

I use a large channel lock. You could buy a hammer crimper, use a vice etc...
