Battery Suggestion for 400rms.

I know that it is probably not necessary for a HC battery, but my reg. battery seems to not hold up so well in colder weather. Would anyone suggest a different battery than the HC600 for under my hood? According to kinetik's website it says that is all i need. I know that battery is tiny, will it support everything fine? Is there a better way to go about things?

I dont quiet understand what you mean. I have taken out my substage and came to the conclusion that if i ever add another sub it will be no bigger than a 10" off of 500rms so i know that i dont need a hc1400 or anything.

EDIT::: Also, i want to make sure that the hc600 will be able to start my car reliably.

figure out which kinetik fits in your stock location and go with that. Probably an HC1800

Never assume you will not upgrade. Always better to have too much than not enough.

car audio is too addictive for him to stay at 400wrms, you know that. Might as well get the battery that actually fits his car battery tray and will be able to handle a system upgrade now then get something he will replace soon

I understand, but i have been through so many systems and ended up on what i thought would be my dream sub. I love it to death, but just dont really find it necessary. If i get tired of upgrading my front stage or truely feel i am missing out without the 20-50hz range, i will get an IDQ 10" or something that doesnt need a lot of power.

just get a good walmart or autozone duralast, it'll be fineeee. No need to spend 100+ honestly. But to answer your question, yes a HC600 would work fine to start the car, it's no big V8 it'll be fine
