Battery recommendation

I may be looking at upgrading my stock battery in my 08 civic lx to a group size 34. What are some reputable names I should be looking at?

the khc1800 is 10"lx6.5"wx8.2"t without posts

or a khc 1400R should drop in depending on your system you may need more.

Ok, thinking of the KHC 1400R. Would it be better to replace the current battery with that or add the 1400 to it?

Depends on your audio system and your alternators ability to keep a battery charged per your listening habbits. If the sytem can pull more than your alternator puts out you have to watch your battery.Batteries do not charge themselves and your alt has to have the ability to recharge it under the conditions you use it. Leave a battery sag well bellow a 90% charge (say 70% range) you are killing it much faster than you otherwise would.
