Battery Question

I am in the process of upgrading my audio system in my TC. I am going to be putting in an Alpine mrp-m1000 and a mrp-f350 to power a Fi BL15 and door speakers. i am at the point where i am considering my electrical system, and i am debating between a HO alt or adding battery/batteries. I am leaning towards the battery and according to the kinetik website i would need the KHC1400, but due to space restrictions, that one is too big. So the question is, would it work if i got 3 KHC600's and wired them together?

as long as your wire them parallel and not in series you will be fine,

where are you putting these that you dont have room for the relatively small 1400

i thought i had enough room for the 1400, but after i mocked up a battery it wouldnt fit because my box is going to be taking up my whole trunk. but underneath the floor there is a little storage compartment the would fit 3 600's easily. its the part to the right with the blue packet in it

nice, i had to do something similar with the box for my massive 15, it has a cut out on each side to let the 2 deka 9a31s sit part of the way under it.

i think i am going to look underneath the car to see if there is anywhere i can shove a 1400.... it would work if it was protected from the elements, right?

in theory, yes, but you have to make sure that its very well secure and protected, it would be a good idea to take what you think would be safe for it and double it.
