i would figure you have maby a 120 amp alt but being that it factory once hott makes closer to 80/90 amps if it only had to run a amp not the car 80 amps is good for 902.4 whats if 80 percent effiant at 14.1 volts and 1015.2 if 90 amps 80 % effiant at 14.1 but that would be if the car didnt need charge it self low voltage = blown up amp with crispy power supply

I would do the big three and if you needed a battery I would go into an hc1200. Same weight as 2 600, less to hook up and more Ah

don't listen to GTbike900....

what do you have your gains set to? if you are running only 1200~ rms you dont NEED a battery... as I said before, it isn't a bad thing but not a MUST either. do the big three and see what happens. You say you have two runs of 1/0, both positive or one positive one negative?

Just get a hc1400 maybe a yellow top in the back..do the big 3..get a bigger alt if you plan on upgrading down the road to something bigger. done.

so with stock alt 2 kinetic 600's and 1/0 guage

will this hold a sundown 1200d at .5 for daily

with no dimming i hate dimming

Why are you wanting two 600's when you can get a 1200? I thought weight was an issue? And is there a specific reason you want Kinetik?
