Battery question

ok thanks very much! and if i put a yt both under the hood and in the trunk, would i need to upgrade the alt or would i be fine with the stock? its for a 2000 mustang v6. i think it was 130amp, not 100% tho whatever the stock is

ahh alrighty, so just a wait and see kinda thing. if i do need an alt upgrade, will it hurt to run it til i get the alt, or should i not run the system til i get the upgrade?

I have an 03 Mustang V6. Stock alt is rated at 105 amps. My Rockford T10001BD and P3002 amps are pretty rough on it. You'll definately want a good battery or alt if your running more than me. I was getting voltage drops to mid 11's untill I got a new alt.

EDIT: Do the Big 3 before anything and see how that goes. The stock wiring in mustangs is pretty pitiful, made a noticeable difference in mine.

alright definitely will do. i was gona pick up a yt first after the big 3 and see how that went. i was assuming id either hafta get a second batt or an alt, hopefully not both lol but we'll see.
