Battery Problems...Need Help..

I have an XPLOD 1000 amp, 3 farad cap, 2 XPLOD 12" subs, and I have 2 batteries that I did hook up, but I only have one because of how much it pulled from my old alt., fried it and I had to replace it. So my question is...how do I hook up my system to where it doesn't dim my lights? I have turned down my amp really low, and it still dims everything, and I have done the big 3. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

get a higher quality amp....xplod's are not very efficient

and get rid of additional draw-->caps/batteries

here we go...

step 1. take the capacitor out. throw it away.

step 2. explain in as much detail as possible how the 2nd battery is wired.

step 3. how big is the alternator?

step 4. sony xplod sucks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

step 5. do you not use any fuses?

step 6. explain how you've done the big 3 (just so we know it's right)

I have a 1993 Ford Probe GT, it's a brand new 90 amp alt. yes, I hate sony, but I got 2 1000 amps, 2 subs, and cd(got rid of) and all my wiring all brand new for free from my friend. But anyway, I put bigger wire from alt. to my batt. then from my batt to my amp and also to my cap....my wiring goes from my alt to my front batt. then from front to rear battery, and from rear batt. to my cap, and from cap to my amp...I do use fuses, everything is fused, I basically have kept my cap in just to see voltage, but I have a voltage monitor so I can take out the cap. I think that's all the info I can think of right now.

thats very vague.

wire guage? fuse rating? fuse position? how did you wire the second battery.

i'm not there to look at your setup so you will need to tell me what you have, other than some wires and a battery

I have 6 ga. running all throughout it, I can't find 2 ga. anywhere, but plan on eventuallt purchasing online...I'm not sure what you mean by fuse rating, it's a big 100a fuse, I have a fuse between my front battery, and my rear battery, connected closer to the front batt. I think that's the only fuse that I have. My rear battery has the cable running directly(fused)from my front batt. I'm trying to figure out how to move the rear battery to the front for it to fit. But the rear battery has a ground running from a spot in my trunk, and my amp is ground to my cap, and my cap is grounded to my batt. and power wire goes from rear battery to the cap to the amp.
