Battery or Alt upgrade?

Hey guys i have a 2007 pontiac g5. Current system features a 1200d AQ amp running at 1ohm powering an FI Q. Stock electrical right now, but i need to upgrade. Need some help.. should i go with another battery or upgrade my alt? And would upgrading my electrical increase the output of my sub? appreciate any help!

If you bump full tilt with the car off more often than not.....get a batt.

If you bump full tilt with the car running more.......alt.

If you can afford it......Both.
