Battery install question

Running 2 zero gauge wires from front battery to back, should I make the current hole on the firewall bigger so i can run 2 of them? It currently already has one 0 gauge, but I'm replacing that with a different brand.

Also, what can I buy to keep the battery in the trunk from moving? It'll be in a Honda Accord.

if they won't fit through the current hole yet make it bigger. as for the batt, you can get thin metal straps to hold it down, or build a battery box out of MDF like i did (check my sig)

ALWAYS use a grommet or a bushing when you run the wires through the firewall. You are asking for trouble or possibly a fire if you don't.

Try these, and make 2 holes.

got one more question, i want to run an extra amp, but dont have enough rca from deck. will using the rca splitter make the subs sound worse?

no it won't. and you don't have to use a y adapter if your amps have preouts. you can just daisychain amp to amp
