Hi i am running about 1500 watts rms in my mustang and my headlights and everything dim bad. If i added a kinetik Hc800 do you think that would be enough to stop the dimming and voltage drops?

0 gauge ,i have them for sale with or without fuses and blocks

I would put money on it. Big 3 and the kinetik battery, you would have to really try to get your lights dimming.

do some hid headlights. Slapped some in my car and they never dimmed again. Running about 2500watts rms. 02 caravan stock alt stinger spp1500dc batt and 0 ga big 3. personally I dont care if my dash lights dim but it looks retarded driving down the road and having your headlights dim.

That's because of the ballast(s) they regulate the voltage and have capacitors to withstand voltage drops, that's nice for the headlights but does nothing to remedy a problem that should / can be fixed.

What age is the car? have you had the alt checked? the Battery checked?

it an 04 mustang it has a newer battery and i have not have the alt checked
