Battery HELP!

Well, my dad has decided it is unsafe to have 2 deka 9a31's in my car. "Not enough room for passengers, therefor unsafe"....so, can you guys help me work around his ******* rules?

I am going to be running 2 Audioque 2200d's and I have a 250 Amp alternator. Is there a way to make this work? My current car battery is a Optima Red Top 34/78 1000 Amp, 50 AH Car Audio Battery Power Cell

Is there a way to make this work, please help. Is there a battery strong enough that I can replace the Optima with so I dont have to have batterys inside the car? just 1 under the hood?

THANKS!

UPDATE!

They sell a customized battery rack for my car that allows me to have 2 batteries under the hood!

Would a red top optima + a yellow top optima work for me? Will I have sufficient power?

watch 7 people come on here and say 1 xs d3100 does the same as 2 other batteries lol. get a different battery under the hood and try to mount the 2 other batts under the car. or 1 of those tall skinny batteries that twisted has lol

Twisted has tall skinny batteries?

Yeah I can do just 1 beefy one under the hood....but its gotta be able to power my car + my system so it would need to be like a 5k or 6k+ batt, know anything that'll work?

Well the dekas are sealed and can be mounted in any orientation so they can be mounted out of the way do you have a jeep wrangler or what jeep do you have the batts are sealed so if he's worried about gases leaking its not going to happen.

The only time your battery is powering your car and audio system is when the engine is not running. There should be many locations for sealed batteries to fit into your ride because they can be mounted in any position. Key word there being mounted of course. With a 250 amp alternator I don’t really see why you would need more than one good battery for your system anyways unless you are competing in a spl class where the engine needs to be off. Or are you wanting to play music with your engine shut off?

Dude are you high his amps will draw well over 400 amps of current and his alt can't supply that a battery bank is needed for when he is really jamming and drawing a **** ton of current for extended amounts of time just cause he has an alt that does 250 amps doesn't mean he doesn't need a battery if his amp only draws 250 amps continuously straining the alt like that would cause failure and there will be times his car is heeling and alt will do 150 or so.

Nope not high just one very good competitor in DB drag, meca, and usaci. I know what batteries are for and why people like you are clueless it’s because you are trying to sell stuff that have no real experience using. Sorry if the truth bothers you but it is a fact.

eeeeeeeeeeeeh

4400w / 14.4v = 305a

Is your box resting on top of the little shelf that that forms the top of your cargo area? If it is, why not secure the batteries to the back of the cargo area.

Alternatively, if your box is actually going IN the cargo area, why not secure the batteries to the top of that little shelf.

dad said no batteries allowed in interior now :|
is it possible with red top optima + yellow top optima + 250 amp alt + 1/0 wiring?
Your dad pisses me off, why can't you have batteries in the interior, even if they're in the back of your car? Tell him to stop being an ignorant little bitch.
