I dont know why i didnt do it when i ran power wire but i didnt run any ground wire from my front battery to my back battery. My front batt is grounded to frame an my batts in the back are grounded to the frame also. Its the only thing holding me back from finishing my install. Would i be able to run it like this for a week or until i get more wire? There any physical damages that can occur? Thanks

Will running a ground like this make a differerence? Because I currently have mine the same way yours is now.
