battery dies help

REcharge the battery, if it keeps draining, look into a new battery, if it still dies, look into your alternator, this is mostly an alternator problem due to it not charging the battery

Who installed it? Did they use the right cable to power your amp? If the car and head unit are both off is the amp still on? If it is then that's the problem. Make sure you're using the remote power on cable, for me it's the blue cable from my wiring harness. Good luck!

Next time you can look at the power LED on your amp with the h/u off. If the power LED is still lit, you've wired the remote wire to your amp wrong. You need to use the blue/white stripe wire from your h/u.

sounds like something is wired wronge and draining the battery to me, i doubt the battery is losing the charge on its own considering the problem started as u pu the system in. make sure the amp and especally the power wire are touching nothing thats metal, that'll do it. also theres a yellow continous power wire in the back of ur h/u if that got alittle lose in the installation and is touching something, that could do it also. The blue remote wire from ur amp is connected correctly. besides that just make sure the nothing is being powered while ur car is off...especially the amp

how big is the amp?
