How do i go about wiring up multiple amps to multiple batteries? (stock battery and aftermarket battery)

wire the batts in parallel. pos to pos, neg to neg.

wire the amps pos and neg straight to any of the batts, doesnt matter.

what about installing a new alternator? any specific wiring?
