Hook up from my amp to my battery I know that

3 Feet 4 AWG Silver Pearl KLM Ground Wire

What does that mean?

One inline fuse holder with 80A AGU Fuse

What would this be used for?

One 5 Meter eKo InterKonnect Blue OFC RCA Cable with Built in Turn On leadAgain what would this be lol

10 Feet BLUE Klear Kable OFC 16 Gauge Speaker Wire

This would be for hooking up my speakers to my hu

2 Gold Plated 4 AWG Ring Terminals, 2 Gold Plated 4 AWG Spade Terminals

Suprise I dont know this but would it be hooking up the wires to connect for power?

What does that mean? used to ground the amp. goes from the amp to a place of bare metal in the car

Okay.

3 Feet 4 AWG Silver Pearl KLM Ground Wire What does that mean?

It means you are provided with a 3ft length of 4 gauge cable that is both Silver Pearl in color (as opposed to the blue of the other 4 gauge cable above meant for power) which is meant to be used for a ground connection.

One inline fuse holder with 80A AGU Fuse What would this be used for?

You'll take a short length, no longer than 18 inches, off of the end of the blue power cable. That short length will have one end attach to the battery's positive terminal and the other end of that short piece will go into the fuseholder. The rest of the blue power cable will attach to the opposite end of the fuseholder. This is to prevent damage to both the power cable itself as well as the amplifier in case of something unforeseen like a short-circuit.

This will be the cable which attaches to the RCA preamp outputs on the rear of your headunit and carries low-level signal to the corresponding RCA preamp inputs on your amplifier to be amplified.

Actually, since it is being provided in an amp kit, they likely intend on this bridging the gap from amplifier to speaker(s) but it can certainly be used on the speakers you plan to power from the HU as well.However, it generally won't need to be used in such a fashion.
