Basebalz13 Door panels

Dem bishes gonna be heavy. You might want to cut out some of the material in your baffles on the back side to give the speakers breathing room. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
what do you know?!

having the panels coupled to the door with bolts or whatnot would be nice, too.

The OP is probably better off that Fraze cant' be found, because his work is weak anyways. He did getlikeme's doors and they didn't feel sturdy at all.

Yeh I started off with using drywall screws then decided to throw a couple of little bolts in there too.

Heh when we first started talking his work was nice...then went down hill.

I mean take a round over or chamfer bit to the back side of your rings. With your rings as tall as they are, you might be choking your mids by blocking the back side of the cone. Opening the back side up will prevent that.

The smaller the mids, the more chamfering helps.

Usually the mounting holes are in-line with the basket's spokes, depending on the design, so I try to not chamfer those parts so that there's more wood for the screw to grab.

How heavy are these door panels everyone makes, they seem like they would be quite heavy when done.
