Well, since Fraze(CNC) disappeared with my door panels, 6.5, tweeter, and crossover. Decided to get started myself.

Started off slacking on the pics (was anxious and in a hurry lol)

I was outta town with work, and showed my dad what I wanted done before I left. He started with this

Good thing I made it home before he did any fiberglassing. Now looks like this.

Not much had to be cut

Yeh plunge router and circle cutting jig to make perfect circles. Its a must for something like this

Lookin good man. I wish the weather wasnt as hot as it is here so i can finish mine....The main work on mine is done....just gotta Prime and block sand....block sanding isnt too fun when its 100 degrees out with a high ass humidity

I feel your pain. It hit 103 degrees yesterday working on these lol. Only good part was the resin setup faster haha. The things we do for stereo //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

very nice i wanna see these done
Thanks man, I will prolly end up redoing them later on haha

Dem bishes gonna be heavy. You might want to cut out some of the material in your baffles on the back side to give the speakers breathing room. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I would do as much as you can afford when you place your new speakers in if you cant do it all now. you can always pull your door panels off later...
