probley was the other guy's fault, he must have been going a little fast himself to get in front of you and how he got hit. good luck with the court case if you get it that far. was it a man or women driving?

He was romping on it if he had just waited for me to go by this would have never happened.

By looking at your picture quickly it looks like he was on a main road (median in the road) and you were pulling out of a parking lot or a side street? Is that right?

Just looking from that pic it looks like your fault to me but it could just be the way I am seeing it. I am under the impression anytime you are pulling out of a parking lot, side street, stop sign and hit someone on the main road without a stop sign etc you would automatically be at fault.

Ahh ok, in that case I don't see how they can blame you at all. If they try to put it on you I would fight it as much as you can they will probably fold after a while as I don't see how any judge could see it any other way.
