Bad accident :(

I was in a bad accident and I got blamed I was in the left going around 30 while the guy in a black ford escape was coming out of the bank when I was coming along and he was kinda angled into my lane. I slam on my brakes trying to stop before I hit him.

Well I hit him with the front left corner of my car in the back left side of his car.

There are ten foot skid marks showing that I tried to avoid the accident. Well long story short my car is totaled and I got blamed for it because the dick hole cop didn't even go look at the scene of the accident. I'm boned have no car can't afford a car can any one help me out. Also heres a picture of what happened. I can't find my camera right now. Any one know how much it will cost to fight this ticket and sue for damages?

i got in pretty close to the same accident and got everything paid for by the other guy

he should get failure to yeild the right of way. if he was at a dead stop at the median waiting for traffic you might be at fault for not having control of your car, but he was also in your way. if the cop didnt write you a speeding ticket you might be able to fight it. i know if the escape was just crossing the road, and you hit him in the rear (he didnt cross fast enough) youre at fault if your speeding.

please dont say you drive a grand prix and your busting on his car, that would be pretty lame

i totalled my del sol back in 1998 and i still miss the thing, but i had some great years with the rx7 i bought with the insurance money
