But, it really sounds like your leaving something out. I mean what did the cops project your speed during impact? I know you said 30 mph...but they can calculate how fast you were going by skid marks and things like that.
If you were actually going 30 then the cops in your town are stupid. It is very obvious that he pulled out in front of you. But if you were speeding, it really is your fault.

so not truly a total? how bout a hood up shot? closer shots of inner panels?actually it looks alot worse then it is. it's rebuildable.
