I hope everything works out. But, it really sounds like your leaving something out. I mean what did the cops project your speed during impact? I know you said 30 mph...but they can calculate how fast you were going by skid marks and things like that.
If you were actually going 30 then the cops in your town are stupid. It is very obvious that he pulled out in front of you. But if you were speeding, it really is your fault.

They didn't even go look at the scene or the cars they just glanced at mine saw the hood was damaged glanced at is saw it was bent in the rear blamed it on me.

Sux mang, but if you were speeding, like Player said, it is your fault. All they have to do is check the tire marks. They did this in my accident years ago and said the lady that hit me was doing 55 in a 45 mark. Of course I was at a red light and at a stand still when she smashed into me. I technicly hit him but he cut me off and was perpendiclur in my lane.
