my cuz did that on a civic...he has a scar that starts above his left ear traces a line to the bridge of his nose, and then all the way to the crown on the other side...he was ****ing scalped by a honda

It looks like you hit just left of the center of your hood to the side of his bumper and the left corner of your car hit his tire. It should definately be his fault. Post up that police report when you get it from your mom.

Just got off the phone with my insurance (big Name company with a lizard) and did a recorded statement telling them what I saw and what I did sent them pictures also.

He has a small company I have never even heard of so hopefully he gets failure to yield and falseing a police report.

I hate big insurance companies...but this will be one time it will be very good to have them on your side. They will work their hardest to not pay out, so they will help prove its not your fault.

I hope everything works out. But, it really sounds like your leaving something out. I mean what did the cops project your speed during impact? I know you said 30 mph...but they can calculate how fast you were going by skid marks and things like that.

If you were actually going 30 then the cops in your town are stupid. It is very obvious that he pulled out in front of you. But if you were speeding, it really is your fault.
