THe accident was infront of the bank would it be possible to ask the bank for security footage of the parking lot that might show anything related to the accident?

Pics up sorry for quality but the camera was just in a accident also.

You can tell were I when under his truck.

Crash damage to front left only.

Right side is pretty much undamaged.

Notice my components.

His truck notice damage is to side of truck not rear.

^^^ Yep, the back bumper on his car is only messed up in the area behind the left rear tire. You would have to be an idiot to look at those two cars and not be able to tell what happened to result in that damage.....
