If the impact was really on the side of his car you should be able to get it decided in your favor. Can you scan or take a pic of the police report and post it too?

I got this his truck is squared in and no they are at my moms office.

Notice the damage is to the side of his car not the rear.

Also any one notice jesus on with a skull on the hood or do you whant me to point it out?

I wish you had a better picture than that but you should be okay. Your insurance company really needs to try to inspect the truck before they get it torn apart for repair though. Good luck.
