I am telling the full story as much as I can rember cop didn't even look in the car.The citation was for following to closley.

Looks and sounds like it would be no one faults, hence the reason FL has no fault (if they still got that). Just looks like you both pulled out and neither of you were paying full attention and it happened. But if I had to choose I would say you have to be at fault, becuase he should only have to look to his left for on coming traffic, and you have to look both ways.

vehicle pulling out of driveway at fault. however, its a gray area considering that the front left end of your vehicle made contact with the other parties rear left end. sounds like you need an attorney or lawyer.

I read it the guy he hit was pulling out of a bank parking lot, so if he is driving down the road, he has the right of way and doesn't have to be "looking" at every parking lot entrance.

Thats what he said by looking at the damage to the cars. The damage to my car is front left the damage to his car is on the left side right behind is rear wheel.
