anyone saying that if he was speeding its his fault is wrong..........i had pretty much the same thing happen.......guy turned in front of me i hit him......cop shows up the other guy complains about me speeding and the cop tells him it doesnt matter he turned in front of me......he paid to fix my car

In all honesty it should be a failure to yield the right away for the guy you hit, so either the guy u hit told the cop a line of shit, or the cop there was an idiot. Either way I would fight it
