Back on the car audio scene and really confused???

Hey everyone, im new to the forum and ready to start unloading cash into a new car. I just bought a 98 civic and i want to have my car bluetooth so that i can play music off my iphone in my civic? is that even possible? i have a older Pioneer MP80 (i think) cd player and is it possible to hook this player up with my iphone. I'm trying to find the cheapest and best sound quality way of doing this, and i do like my old pioneer? any suggestions. thanks
