Anything new come along in the car audio world? Been away for about 2 years and haven't looked back until now. I bought a 300zxTT a went straight to performance after driving it one time. Needless to say, I sold it before I joined the military and just bought an older 300zx Turbo (87').

Shipping my old RE8 over to me and having some RE comps put in, but I can't figure out rear, whether I should put in midbass or just some coax's and call it a day. Was also looking at DLS comps. Never had DLS but always wanted a pair because of the reviews i've heard from them.

if rearfill is a muct i'd just do coaxils on headunit power. DLS does make nice comps. i used to own their entry level, c6 iirc, and they were great. midbass was very pleasing and the tweets were soft and laid back.

small car, i would not really worry about putting some rear fill in.

I was actually thinking of that Azbass... i can always get rear fill once I get the fronts and sub in. I had dual RE8 setup in my 93 twin turbo and it sounded really nice. It was crystal clear inside, and really got loud. Outside the car it was almost inaudible, which was even better.

I had CDT's in that car with no rears and the front stage was powered by the HU.
