back at school, need some invites

well i had an oink account last year but i couldnt upload at the dorm, im in an apartment this year and im looking to get invited to some sites (music oink) that i can get some good quality files. I am looking for a movie site as well as a music site. If anyone could hook me up with some invites i would greatly appreciate it. My computer is always on so ill have a good ratio

can anyone explain why my utorrent is downloading at .2 -.8 kb/s when it has over 40 seeders and my DL rate from an online speed test says its over 200 kbs?...any help would be greatly appreciated

Are you on a new isp? More are throttling bittorrent traffic these days.

you might not be connectable. make sure your ports are forwarded

then there is either a problem with your connection, or the people seeding are not using much of their up speed to seed

could the problem be the computer also? i have a old *** dell with 2.20 GHz and 128 mb of ram. i also have really slow downloads MOST of the time. if i let my computer sit and not do anything it can range from 2kb to 500kb but the speed test said 3400+ kb.

i think the apartment complex im living in is capping our downloads according to some other people that live around here....any way around that?
