the 9831 is the one i had before the premier... it was not

that user friendly and didnt have near the features of the

premier...

i didnt like the idea of the 9833 hooking right up to the battery...

that 9855 looks really sharp though.

The 53 has a BioLite display that is really nice, but I didn't think it's worth an extra $100 for that.

could just the display have a $100 difference in the MSRP? whats so different about the displays? sorry if i'm being so specific.

So I went to the dealer today that supposedly had the 9835 for $249, but it was a mistake on the website. The real "clearance" price, was $499, but he said that I could get if for $349 --which is cost for him. I could get the 9833 for $299 though. is the biolite display worth the extra $50?

as far as installing.... it was a cinch, crutchfield gives u all the necessary harnesses, etc.

as far as picking the correct harness for ur car, you select your car on the crutchfield site and they will give you teh correct one.
