Avic X920BT or Avic Z120BT

So I'm trying to decide if the Z120BT is worth the extra doe over the 920BT.

Also, I have a 2004 F150 Super Crew. Both MTX and JL Audio make a box to fit in place of the factory sub.

Which one would you choose?

1 MTX loaded with MTX 12"

2 MTX stealth box with 12" JL Audio sub

3 JL Audio Stealth Box

4 Atrend box with 10" JL Audio sub.

Please help guys, need to get this installed soon!
