How the heck did you fit 21.5" tall and 49 wide? I had to take apart my bed rails and take the handles off my bed covers.

I think different years had taller bed rails. My box is only 20" tall and I have to pull bend the 2 rain guards near the tailgate up to get it in.

Yea, I had leaks awhile back. Leaves and crap where packed in the drain line near the cabin.

All the wood on my box thats out in the bed is at least resined, so Im not worried about that, I just need to figure out how to stop the leakage. I used 2 cans of expanding foam around the box and it didnt expand much at all... Not even 2x its original size. It was the Great Stuff... Every other time Ive used it, it ends up like 5x its original size.

i took the gutters off permanently. The last set of clips for the tonneau cover (closest to the tailgate) had to come off to put the box in, but they went back on after the box was in. other then that, the box fits perfectly

the leak is most likely coming from where the tonneau cover panel meets the midgate bar (below the removable window)

PM me tomorrow and remind me, and i'll snap a few pics of where i had to stop leaks.

Im sure you have a decent idea with the systems you've had.

My guess would be mid 140s around 35-45hz. Who knows, what it sounds like to the ear at the headrest doesnt really matter when the TL is a pressure sensor on the windsheild. Will be metered tomorrow, too tired to get out the TL now.

Top of the box flexes like crazy though, will be solving that tomorrow most likely.

The 2000.1 seems to be a powerhouse. Right now I have a single 2000 @ 2 ohms on the pair of BTLs and a 2150 running a single set of Hertz HSK165s. The 2ch is great and sounds real nice. Seems to be putting out some nice power. The Hertz though......... Wow. These things have midbass that sounds like a pair of 8" subs. I thought my 2150 was on lowpass at first. You can actually feel the vibration of the midbass in the floor of the truck. The mid gets pretty loud... Its not like like an Eminence obviously, but the mid is great and the tweeter is wayy smoother than the Focals. Night and day difference in sound.
