Aux battery options? Marine?

So, i have 2 of the XS D3400's under my hood. I've been in car audio for over 20 years and worked at a car audio shop for about 7 years, just a little background on me. My question is this, is there a reason to NOT use one of those enormous group 8 marine batteries when i do an aux battery in my truck? I mean you can buy one that is 245ah and a reserve of 480 for 6-700 dollars which is basically the equivalent of 2 of the XS 7500's for almost half the price. There must be a reason why i don't see guys running these things because as far as the numbers go i can't figure it out, they are monster batteries and would be perfect for what we do if in the bed without big room restrictions? Thoughts?
