Just picked up two new AGM batterys and stock stock aux battery bracket and made a new 0 gauge pos cable to match all the other wiring ( big three and amp power and grounds ) I was getting ready to hook up aux and was wondering where i should ground it too, block, frame, or other batery ?

- Rule of thumb I go by is: If the vehicle has an actual frame - I ground to that, but if it's a uni-body vehicle I run all grounds from battery... Some guys might tell you different though, this is what I've always done and never had any issues...

Sorry i didnt make that to clear. I mean the ground from the aux battery should it go to neg of main battery or to block or frame ? Its all under the hood -96 gmc truck

- Since it's a truck and it has a frame, you can ground additional batteries to the frame, just do your big 3 and use the same material & gauge of wire for your ground(s) to the frame from any additional batt(s) as you use on your positive runs...

Personally I would do one ground to go to everything. Ground on the frame near the batts and amp. From there run the ground from one battery to the next than run ground wire from the battery to the amp.
