I want collision because I don't feel like paying out the *** if I have another accident... or when someone keys my car... like I've been doing the last year. It's just been too expensive without collision to even think about adding it. My car is worth a lot more money to me than most people.

yes, which is what the point of my topic is. getting lower insurance. i HAVE to be insured, it is not my CHOICE. and the car has been mine for the last two years. i've paid insurance on it for the last year, while i was driving it with my learner's permit.
i've had my LICENSE since july. i've had my permit since july of last year. i don't understand why you have a sudden interest in fighting with me in my threads, you seemed like a cool guy lately and we've been friends.

Thats a crazy amount

I now pay around $74 a month for full coverage, $250 deductables for comp/colision with free glass on my 2000 mountaineer (its a auto loan, so it has to have full coverage)

It started out at $132 a month last june (had 1 BIG speeding ticket, i think a 92 in a 65) and it just started dropping outta nowhere. Then i took a driver improvement class and got another 10%

My mom has been driving for 25 years, never had an accident, never had a ticket and was paying something like $590 every 6 months through all-state, and I told her that I thought that was a tad high for her. Ran it through gieco (what i have) and it came out to like $274 every 6 months with lower deductables

Everyone says insurance is high in Texas yet mine actually went down from living in Nebraska. $76/month full coverage w/ $500 deductible on a 98 Accord v6.

liability which is 30/100 grand of coverage or something like that not the bare minimum

stereo insured and rims

towing

and health insurace for my 3 year old son

thats weird,they gave me the best price on my xterra and my frontier. no one else even came close

exactly i guess it depends on who you talk to?

i know i was paying 155 a month with 1000 deductible and no coverage whatsoever on rims or stereo with aig aka eastwood

wow... i pay about 170 a month for full coverage with 500 deductible through progressive on my 98 eddie bauer explorer, no coverage on the stereo equipment. i haven't had a ticket or an accident since i was 18. (6 years)

i may have to check out state farm.
