81 a month

no deductibles

comprehensive

collision

liability which is 30/100 grand of coverage or something like that not the bare minimum

stereo insured and rims

towing

and health insurace for my 3 year old son

i have state farm and pay like 140 dollars a month full coverage for both of my cars. geico screwed us years ago when i was under my parents policy. i got a ***** am and they said they were going to insure me under their policy for that car. then 6 months later they let us know they couldn't. geico are sorry bastages

Have you actually seen the statements of the old bills? I mean are they just making you pay more because your younger?( Parents) I would think you would get like a multi family discount or something. Check around. Some insurnace companys give out lots of incentives. I know if you are your age and a good student it lowers it and the are other things out there as well. Need to check around more.

Also cost more to insure a convertible and a Lexus I would imagine would be pretty expensive to insure as well. If you want to keep payment down, just do Liablilty and hope for the best that nobody jacks ya or you get in a wreck. Just another suggestion.

i agree. state farm was one the highest we priced. my mom is in her 50's with no tickets in over 25 years and paid more then that for full coverage

thats weird,they gave me the best price on my xterra and my frontier. no one else even came close

AAA was nearly half the price of state farm, plus they had better coverage. the problem with state farm was it was cheap to start off with, but every pay period my rates went up for no reason

i have had them for 8 years now. they have never gone up on me. i even had a wreck a year ago and my rate actually went down a little. oh well i guess it depends on person being insured and the vehicles.

never had any points, so there should've been no reason for it to go up. when i got older it should've went down. state farm is a crooked company. ask the people in new orleans

i just drive cars that don't need full coverage insurance. honestly for a 96 why do you want collision on it?

i called bs cuz no deductible, expanded coverage and health coverage for a child... @ $88 a month.. yeah right..

Its different for everybody though. State Farm for me is off the charts. That is why I always say look around till you feel comfortable in what you are paying a month/6months/or a year. Lot of things go into it when someone makes a quote. Rather it be age/pts/accidents/discounts or whatever else. What is wierd when I did the quote for state farm I just had 4 pts on my DL and I was 23. My g/f at that time was with State farm and had an accident and pts on her DL and she was 20 at the time and she was paying 100 dollars less than what I was quoted. This was for full coverage on both as well. I know cause I used to make her insurance payment, lol!

Bottom Line, insurance is goofy!
