I bought an amp from them and i believe that they also have a name on here. Well they said it was going to be brand new never opened but gauranteed agaist DOA. So when i got it i hooked it up and it didnt work. The electronic store tested it and it still doesnt work. Its getting power and everything.

Well they are charging me to ship it back to them to get repaired when i was gauranteed a new one. So i sent them an email saying that i shouldnt have to pay for shipping back, and i should get a new amp, not a repaired one.

So then i further more went on to say that i should just get a refund, shipping included possiibly, but if not then i wouldnt mind.

And i am awaiting there answer.

What do you guys think of this. I meen i am going to be wasting 50 dollars on shipping just to get a amp that is repaired not brand new!

Tell them you are going to deal with your Credit Card company.

and that you believe you have been lied to, taken advantage of.. product mis represented etc etc...

and that the credit card company will deal with them. If you dont get what you expected.

that will really freak them out.

Alright thats a good deal, i paid with it through paypal, so i can have paypal deal with them they will do the dead i suppose

Dont rely on paypal to do anything... They only have so much authority in a situation like that, and even if you were screwed over, its not Paypal's fault.
