audio question

i recently installed a amp for my 2 front speakers and everything has been working good until today comming home for work. the speakers started going bump pump bump pump etc. i take the door panel off and notice the woofer moving in and out. i get no sound just the movemnet of the woofer. they are component speakers. any suggestions?
