Audio noise

Hello, I hope you are good, I have a question for you if you can help me, I have a AUDI A4 1999 B4, I change the radio with new one but when that is in aux&BT mode there is a background noise in speakers and when I driving and gas the sound changing accodingly, Thank you in advance!
