I've pretty much given up on getting anything done about this.. I told him the handy cam was messed up and told him to go to usps and see about the insurance and he told me he did and that they told him he needed a receipt for the items that were messed up or they couldnt do anything...

I dont think audio king would be a guy trying to scam anyone. Audioplaya, as a seller you need to take responsibility for what your selling. You should of told him to take it up with the mailing service first and not to go **** it. Then if he coudlnt because you didnt insure the package then its your responsibility to take back the camera. The deal is not over until both parties can agree that it is. Audio King if your the beacon if maturity then stop calling him an asshat if you ever want your money back.

You do know this has been going on for months now right? i'm kinda over the whole be nice to him and hope that works thing...I'm not getting my money back for the busted stuff.. end of story.
