Proof, well that would take documents and testimony, etc etc etc..... but with as many mass graves where found it would be hard to say he didn't at very least have his hand in the events... remember this WAS a dictatorship, it's not like anyone in his government could waltz around Iraq, massacring civilians without his knowledge/approval.

anyway.....I think its bullshit that after all the crap Saddam did, he got the easy way out. Rioting in prison would of been more fitting.

The Bush Administration is already giving Iraq billions of taxpayer dollars, that their government officials steal and put in their own bank accounts, so keeping him locked up for life on death row wouldn’t hurt us at all.

I don't know that they "steal" the money. They just buy off all elected officials who in turn give them the keys to the vault. It's called "Free Speech." I suupose you do not like the First Amendment. Oh well.
