Because I want to compete in the upcoming couple events before I strip everything out (had i started, it wouldnt be ready in time)...and i just want to save up the money so I can actually do it all at once, rather than a piece at a time...and I'll probably have the 2nd 18 on it's way before I even start //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif..so once its done I can throw them in and get to jammin //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

But the whole rear deck is just a giant hole now, everything but the main square-tube support running across has been cut away pretty much to make room for the upcoming port...so I might gain a little from that, the 18 can breath a little better

Definately keep us posted on your next couple events. Would love to see a 48-49 out of the Satty!

doors pannels and headliner are comin out this weekend. time for more deadening. and possibly toss the new components in. hopefully lowerin the car next week too if i get the chance

got a new vid with the rear seat down this time. playing walk it out (SLOWED)//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif. got the roof to flex, front wind and rear windshield, wipers jumping a bit. before the first comp i might rip out the back port wall and raise the tuning a bit before i build the new box.

The dead sub was acting like a dead short and wouldn't let the amps stay on. 4 secs left in the run and bam 151.

i really havent taken any pics as i am going along. just tryin to get the work done cause i am extremely limited on time for the next month. over the weekend i got the car re tinted, muh new boston comps in, more deadener on the doors, 4 layers on the roof, brakes all the way around, and the good ol oil change. but none the less had anout 10 mins to play with it last night and its pretty f'n loud. with the trunk sealed off i have almost no rattles which is awesome. but my rear doors are taken a punishment. i just picked up a new vid cam so ill try and get some vids up this week. possibly some #'s if i get time to set up my TL, hopefully i get some time tuesday and gonna lower the car 2
