so i sell you a brand new optima yellow and for some weird reason you take it to autozone to get tested.....why would you do that in the first place ???? wtf did you do

I didn't do anything, i hadn't even taken it out of the box you shipped it to me in until this morning. It didn't fit under my hood and i didn't want to use it in my trunk because i have other batts for that. I was selling it and the prospective buyer wanted to test it before he paid for it. As far as special testers for agm batts, i didn't know that but i guess you felt the need to make this thread instead of saying that when you first replied to my pm. Even though you seem super butthurt, I'm not mad or trying to scam you, i'm just trying to figure out whats up with my yellow top. Where can i get an agm battery properly tested?

Not butthurt Bro its just that I sell rebel a used batt and I send you a brand new one both tested before shipping and now it dont work

nah man, me and infamous are cool. like i told him, i'm very new to car audio and the idea of a special tester for agm batts never occured to me. the guys at auto zone didn't say anything, so who knew. but i'm glad this happened because i definitely learned from it.

i am not taking sides here, this is just for general knowledge. most autozones now have battery testers and battery chargers that are compatible with agm batteries. they got new ones when they started selling the duralast platinum (agm) series batteries.

i have had people use certain testers on batts and it says they have a dead cell or are no good i charge them and use mine and bam its good

A dangler was attacked yesterday here in HaTeRs On My dlcK LiKe A JeAn ZiPpEr. When the paramedics found the victim he was mumbling, “Oh, Rease you iz BIG!” over and over. The victim was found with a yellow battery stuck in his rectum, along with some stiff 1/0 shoved into each ear. He is expected to survive, but will be forced to listen to low-volume elevator music for the rest of his life, and the only “burping” he’ll be doing is the burping of his colostomy bag. The assailant is still large, livin large, at large.
