In terms of quality, components used, heatsink which amp is better? I know they are both Zenon boards so the circuity looks identical but overall which has a heavier heatsink and is better?

If all things being equal, (which I reolize your not asking) Sundown, hands down just because of the customer service. tell me with how may companies you can speak directly to the owner. and his warr. is second to none (almost literally)

thats great, So out of literally 100's of companies you can get to 5 owners. The point being Jacob is constantly on CA.com and is extremely active and accessable to anyone in relation to his products. There are others that do the same, however personally to date, I have found Jacob to be the most accessable and approchable. IMO

Thats the truth. When I had questions about customizing my nightshades to my application... me and Jacob shared dozens of e-mails and PM's.... in only 2 days. It wasnt like mpst companies,,,,, e-mail and pray that an answer even comes, and if it comes, its in 3 days.

He answered every question, ended up shipping me 2 subs that gobble 2000+ watts like beasts. The subs were very securely packaged too. I was very impressed with his shipping method.

The new SAZ-1500D heat-sink is extremely heavy, if that helps -- it added several pounds of aluminum vs. the old heat-sink.

In the latest version (if you buy a new one this is what you will get) we also added four more screws to the PCB to prevent vibration failures.

never the less, Jacob is accessable. that may be why he isn't getting bigger than he is any quicker. Smart guy if you ask me
