Assistance Finding sub

Need 1 - 10" sub to go into factory Lexus GX 460 Location. Pulled Mark Levinson 10". I will be hooking this up to a Alpine PDX 600.1 I am coming from a JL 10-3v3 in a box that sounded great. I looked at the TW10w3 this did not fit as it is not contoured enough for enclosure. However when I was at Car Audio Store the associate helped me test fit a 10w1 and it fit that sub it 4.6 mounting depth but is tapered around the edges. I dont believe this is the best sub for the money as it only handles 300 RMS and I will be pushing 600 in 4 or 2 ohm on the Alpine. I am looking for recommendations for a sub under 5" as I will add a 3/4" MDF spacer to allow for a better fit and flush mounting surface install.

I have looked at sundown, skar as well as others I would like a sub preferably 400-600 RMS.

Also should I worry about JL 10-w1 only being 300 RMS and should I just go that route or am I paying for a name and leaving much more on thee table.

Budget under 300. I listen to some Rap, EDM, Rock.

have no idea if it'll fit in your location but look at dayton sub on parts express, they good in small boxes..
