Anybody else having any problems (for lack of a better word) with them? I ordered some stuff from them atleast 3+ weeks ago and still havent even been billed? Specifically the poly mids...

After reading a thread that hasnt been responded to on their soundillusions forum, they are out and not making the mids anymore?

I tried getting ahold of them today, and was unsuccessful..was wondering if anyone else has been waiting for a while?

hopefully there is no problem. have you received the mids? if so i wouldn't say anything about not being billed, but then again i do lack in morals and ethics

Ill elaborate...

about 3-4 weeks ago i ordered 2 unassembled mtm's w/ x-over parts aswell as a 10" assassin. I was told the assassin would go out the same week, but the mtm's would go out early the following week..So, i started building some towers, and a center channel (which i planned on ordering soon after), and the sub box..I was billed for the assassin the same day i ordered and I recieved it about a week later...Last week on wednesday before i left for vacation i called to see what was up..I was told "they were working on a big order, and i would be billed on Friday and my stuff would go out the following week.."

Today, i still havent been billed, and i couldnt get ahold of them...

Ive spent a decent amount of cash on materials and put in a pretty good amount of hours into the nearly completed enclosures to read they dont have anymore mids, and arent going to make anymore...i take internet rumors like a grain of salt, but im kind of unnerved about the time and money ive spent for the possiblily of not even getting the mids etc..

To be honest, ive bought a few things in the past and was happy with the service. Everytime ive called ive had all my questions answered and they either answered right away or gave me a call back..Im just skeptikal because i didnt get an answer today, and the whole them not billing me for nealry a month if not a month and a thread popping up about them not making them anymore as being quite a coincidence..

i have ordered from them before and had nothing but good to talk about them. I talked to them yesterday and order some more subs and they billed me for them. So i should be getting the tracking info soon. They were very good to me last time getting the tracking info so i hope this time it works out fine.

I had my hopes set high when I founf out that the Arco's were only $199

But time ran out and AA didnt update the site and still havent updated it.

Now im screwed and looking for something that would be comparable in price and output.

It seems they have plenty of subs and no mids.

Rather poor business pratice IMO

Umm.. WTF, I just got an email, and Ascendant is refunding me for my Arco Components I ordered? What the hell? I didn't want a refund, I wanted some **** components! Or are they doing this to everyone?
