yeah, i'd definitely call. if you can get ahold of someone they're great, but sometimes they don't answer the phone.

i've also gotten some great e-mail responses to technical questions, but it's usualy a couple weeks later, and a lot of my e-mails never get responses //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

it's basically a two man operation, so they don't have too much extra time. looks like quite a few of their subs are going out of stock, but other forum members have posted that they have something new in the works for later this winter (i haven't had a chance to ask about it though).

I've always had good experiences calling them. One time i called, and they were out to lunch, and they called me back after they got back in. Pretty good guys there.

Ive never had a problem reaching them over the phone. Ive called a few times and they have picked up every time.
